ลักษณะงาน

Job Description :

- Conduct market research, analysis, due diligence, feasibility study, financial modeling, and other assigned tasks for decision-making
- Explore new opportunity to expand business by researching trend, market, and competitors
- Negotiate with project owners in order to cooperate on projects.
- Assist in ad – hoc tasks and other as assigned.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders both internal and external parties to ensure the company's investments and overseas subsidiaries run smoothly.
- Monitor existing investments in the company's portfolio.
- Prepare presentations to regularly update the Board of Directors.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

Job Specification :
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Economics, Real Estate Development ,Business Administration or any related fields.
- Excellent understanding of feasibility study for real estate development and financial model.
- Good knowledge of Real Estate market.
- At least 2 years of direct or related experience in business development will be an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and good command of English communication.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Able to work with multi-tasks simultaneously and under pressure
